I was stuck in initializing also. What i did to fix my problem, was to close the battlenet and then deleted "battlenet" and "Blizzard Entertainment" folders at C:\ProgramData. After that reopen battlenet(do that as administrator, it may help), locate the folder of destiny and let it download. It will stuck in initializing again, but don't get mad!
